PRIVACY POLICY

This document defines the way in which user data is collected and how it is processed and utilised on the website https://fundacja-przyroda-i-nauka.org created by the Nature and Science Foundation (Fundacja Przyroda i Nauka).

I. Basic information

1) In accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO), please be informed that the Administrator of your personal data is the Nature and Science Foundation (KRS 0000960599, NIP 6891237266, Regon 521496526).

2) In matters of personal data processing, please contact the Administrator directly - e-mail contact address: przyrodainauka@gmail.com; address for postal correspondence: Nature and Science Foundation, Lutowiska 7A, 38-713 Lutowiska, Poland.

3) The Administrator has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data processing.

4) In the further part of the Privacy Policy the term "Administrator" is replaced by "We".

II. Processing of personal data

1) By providing us with personal data, you knowingly and willingly consent to the processing of this data and accept our Privacy Policy.

2) The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failure to do so will result in us being unable to process your correspondence or may prevent you from taking part in our events.

3) It is necessary for you to provide personal data when the premise for the processing of personal data is provided by law. The consequence of failing to provide personal data will be that we will not be able to take action on our part.

4) Your personal data may be processed for specific purposes, such as: to process correspondence and respond to you, to fulfil contracts and orders, to carry out activities related to ongoing projects, to secure administrative and accounting activities, to match your preferred method of communication, to obtain financial support for our activities, to fulfil our legal obligations, to keep a history of any donations made to the Nature and Science Foundation, including donations and their accounting, to manage your participation in our events.

5) We ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with data protection legislation, in particular the RODO: on the basis of the consent given (Article 6 (1) (a) RODO), on the basis of the contract concluded (Article 6. (1) (b) RODO), on the basis of a legitimate legal interest (Article 6 (1) (f) RODO), on the basis of legal obligations e.g. accounting for the financial support provided to us with the Tax Office (Article 6 (1) (c) RODO), on the basis of the performance of a task carried out in the public interest (Article 6 (1) (e) RODO).

6) We keep personal data in a form which allows the identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed.

7) We do not make your personal data available to other entities other than those authorised under the relevant legislation and only to the extent specified in such legislation or by virtue of concluded personal data processing entrustment agreements (e.g. accounting services).

8) Your personal data shall not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

9) Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries/international organisations.

10) You have the right to request access to your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability.

11) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) if it is justified that your personal data is being processed contrary to applicable law.

III. Cookies and hosting

1) The website www.fundacja-przyroda-i-nauka.org uses cookies.
